Course Details
In a heeling pattern, the first few steps can affect the entire exercise. If your dog is distracted during those crucial moments, regaining their focus can prove challenging. On the flip side, if your dog begins the pattern with attentiveness and confidence, the overall performance is likely to shine.
Teaching those first steps is undeniably a challenging aspect of training heeling. This workshop will break down those first few steps into manageable chunks. You’ll learn several different ways to get your dog moving forward so you can find what works for you and your dog. By the end of this workshop, both of you will be moving forward with confidence!
