Yes, this is a very good session!! He fell for the lure mildly at 23s and 59s. No fooling him. This is the first proofing game we do. I will post the formal lecture on proofing by the end of week 2. Proofing really does teach what pays.

I don't think you need to do anymore of this except on an as needed basis if you feel some proofing would be good. I would work on adding duration which I saw a little bit of that in the first half and then feed a lot more when he makes a good choice.

I will be posting a new lecture tonight or tomorrow morning that uses another type of proof that teaches the dog to stay at source as you come in. (Red light/green light game). I'd work on that next too.
