Bio

Liz (she/her) has been in the fitness industry since 2006 and working with dog handlers since 2016. Fitness, to Liz, is about honoring the body you live in and working towards living your best and most vibrant life. Her clientele is very diverse, 20 something athletes to 80+ year old clients. She excels at breaking fitness down with the concepts of R+ handling at the heart of it all.  She firmly believes the whole process should be fun, positive and most importantly achievable and effective!   ​

Liz has been a 3 time world champion powerlifter, setting a record in her division. 5 time half marathon completion, personal best of 1:42.  She has studied program development, strength training, athletic development, applied movement mechanics, best practices for menopause, osteoporosis and much more. Regardless of your goal she will help you achieve it!
