When I watch humans do agility through my 'personal trainer lens' I see a beautiful combination of specific exercises that are brought into motion with grace, then the magic sauce ... speed.
In this workshop, I split every piece of handler movement down. We will cover the most effective strengthening exercises, build them into dynamic movement, and then take it to the field. I excel at drawing the lines between movements, connecting them back to handling and creating a learning environment that's easy to digest and be successful with.
You will learn strategies to:
